Humboldt Investments is the investment vehicle for friends and family of Humboldt Partners and is focused on multi-family investment in the greater Charlotte and North Carolina area.

Humboldt Partners currently owns and operates, via professional management firms, close to 100 apartment and housing units in Gastonia, Shelby, Cherryville, Kings Mountain, Mount Holly, and Cramerton.

We continue to seek up to 300 additional units between 50 and 150+ per property.

The partners are experienced and accredited real estate investors with extensive finance, operations, management and marketing backgrounds with major multinational firms.
